I agree, Halo:CE was better. Even so the level designs were severely lacking. Miyamoto has energy and passion and wouldn't resort to using the same textures for every level and wouldn't resort to doubling the lenght by making you play it backwards.
and the standards would have been put way too high for Halo 2.

instead they just previewed a Halo 2 modified map. I guess the userbase is larger on the xbox so it makes sense to just put this out for now and cash in.
Still looking forward to seeing how much of improvement the game will be when they take advantage of the 360.

2006 definitely was the year of the 360 for me. This year I'm pretty even. Right now playing Tekken 5 DR/ VF5 and Lost Planet.
